This will show the employer that you are sharp and can be trusted with taking care of the household and following instructions to the latter.
Next, you have to check whether your requirements meet those specified by the employer. If so, go ahead and do thorough research on the employer. This will help you understand the employer better.
During the interview, do practice emotional intelligence. Keep in mind that this is a job, and you have to come across as a professional. Therefore, do not get angry, irritated, or overly emotional. Do not also display frustration, as it will show in your attitude, thus ruining your employment chances. Always be friendly and have a positive attitude. Additionally, listen to the employer and their needs. However, also engage with them during the interview in the form of questions on the job. Let your conversation with the employer always show how your experience and skills will add value to them.
