How to get an employee from

1. Contact us by phone, email or online enquiry form with the specifications of the person you need: age, educational level, experience, salary being offered, any other benefits.

2. We match your specifications with the candidates in our database. We get back to you once we have identified candidates who suit your requirements.

3. You pay a deposit fee to our MPESA pay-bill number to facilitate interviews. The deposit paid covers a maximum of 3 (three) interviews.

4. Once you identify the person you wish to employ, you sign the respective documentation i.e. employer agreement with NairobiNanny.Com, contract of employment between the employer and employee (note that this contract is between the two parties entering into a working relationship), employee agreement with NairobiNanny.Com.

5. Payment of the outstanding balance marks the last stage of documentation.

6. The employee starts work for a 1-month probationary period.

7. In case the employer and employee are not compatible, a replacement will be provided within the first month of probation at no additional cost to the employer.
